We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Also cash, cheques in pounds sterling & foreign currencies (plus handling and conversion charge), bank transfer (plus handling charge). Sorry, but we do accept cash on delivery. All online orders require payment with order however if you would not rather pass credit details over the internet please contact us on email/telephone/fax (see bottom of page) and we will arrange other payment methods.
Please note however that the prices shown in US$ (which are displayed next to the products), are set at an approximate exchange rate , the correct exhange rate can be checked through our currency convertor prior to purchase.
Although we will make every effort to deliver within 30 days or any other quoted delivery date, such dates do not amount to contract and we will not be liable to the buyer for any loss whether consequential or incidental if delivery of goods is delayed for whatever means.
At this present time due to high incidences of fraud we do not accept or ship to, any orders from INDONESIA , NIGERIA or ROMANIA. Please contact us direct before placing your order if you wish to do so, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the money refunded directly to the cardholders account.
Please note that all items that are made to measure or personalised (for example specific tartan items or engraved items) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Therefore please make sure that all the details of these products are correct before ordering.
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Our postage and packaging costs will be deducted from your refund unless the fault is ours.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in new condition before a refund or replacement is issued.
We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order, for example specific tartan orders or clan items. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements, please ensure that you provide all of the information requested on the website and ensure that the information you give is correct and accurate.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
